Here is a list of all the benefits and additional services that you can access as an employee of the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation.

The EZVK is a company pension. The Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation supports your retirement with it. As soon as you start work for us, we will automatically take out the EVZKGrund pension for you as an additional benefit.

To do this, the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation pays a certain amount monthly into the EZVKGrund. This amount is based on the level of your salary and is largely paid by us and, to a lesser extent, by you.

After at least 60 contributing months, you are entitled to a company old age pension. You can choose between a monthly pension and a lump-sum capital payment. The EZVKGrund is thus an important part of your provision for your old age. For more information, see: www.ezvk.de

We want our staff to stay fit and healthy. As part of the Company Health Management (Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement – BGM), we therefore support you with an extensive company fitness programme.

With membership of our cooperation partner, Wellpass, you can exercise and relax in a high-quality, national sport, wellness and health network of over 7,000 gyms and providers. You pay only EUR 19.90 per month for this. We, as your employer, pay the rest.

What’s available varies depending on the area of the city. However, everywhere you have access to various gyms, Berlin swimming pools, dance schools, yoga or Pilates studios and much more. You can find all the other information about Wellpass here: www.fdst.de/wellpass

Join in and strengthen our team! Anyone who recommends the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation in their group of friends and acquaintances and in this way recruits staff for the Foundation will be delighted to receive a special reward. The Foundation expresses its thank for your commitment in the form of a bonus payment. The level of the bonus is based on the qualifications and the number of hours worked by the new recruit.

We offer the “Deutschlandticket Job” to employees of the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation. This makes travelling on local public transport cheaper for you. Because the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation will reimburse you for the “Deutschlandticket Job” with an employer’s grant of EUR 15.00 via your payslip. There is also a discount from the BVG.

With the BVG Company Ticket, we support the mobility of our employees and contribute to strengthening local public transport.

Well-qualified employees are the basic requirement for our work. That is why the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation continuously supports the personal and technical further development of its employees.

For the P.A.N. Centre and in Outpatient Assisted Living, there are regular internal further training courses, for example on the Federal Participation Act [Bundesteilhabegesetz (BTHG)], methods for determining participation or the basics of working with people with neurological impairments. To maintain our high-quality care, we regularly organise medical and care training courses. In addition, individual further and advanced training is also possible – in agreement with your supervisor and taking account of our general further training strategy.

Regular team or individual supervision is a matter of course for us, especially in our educational jobs.

Do you want to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city? Then stay in the Heidehotel Bad Bevensen or the Seehotel Rheinsberg! As an employee of the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation, you can book overnight stays in the hotels belonging to our subsidiary – FDS Hotel gGmbH – at discounted special prices depending on availability.

The Handelsgesellschaft für Kirche und Diakonie church shop and the Wirtschaftsgesellschaft der Kirchen in Deutschland (WGKD) offer employees of welfare organisations discounted mobile phone tariffs, discounts on new cars and other fantastic benefits. Employees of the Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation can also take advantage of these offers for their personal use to a certain extent. All they need for this is confirmation from their employer.

As a Foundation employee, you can benefit from special discounts from Vodafone. The offers cover mobile telephony, internet and landlines.
